36-year-old spotted at local shop within 24 hours of IoM return
A woman has been remanded at the Isle of Man prison today for failing to self-isolate after returning to the Island yesterday (18 September).
Police say the 36-year-old was taken to Jurby also facing motoring offences.
She arrived back via the ferry and was spotted at a local shop, where a member of the public reported her.
Officers have described her actions as irresponsible and have re-issued the message to everyone that you must self-isolate immediately upon your return to the Island.
The woman is set to appear in court in the next week.
