A local woman who has PIP breast implants is urging the Manx government to put pressure on the private clinic which fitted them.
Michelle, who lives in Douglas, is the third woman to have contacted Manx Radio about the health scare in the past week.
There are fears the now-banned implants could rupture, after were they were filled with industrial rather than medical grade silicone.
Some clinics have blamed poor regulation for the use of the material and say they cannot afford to remove them.
Michelle is calling on the Harley Medical Group, which carried out her cosmetic surgery, to face up to its moral responsibility and replace the implants free of charge:
