Self-defence expert to deliver training on Island this weekend
Women are being urged to take responsibility for their own safety, with a free training event this weekend.
Self-defence expert Amanda Kenny says it’s vital women learn how to protect themselves rather than relying on others.
The event has been organised by Stefanie Kerwin, founder of a local health and wellness organisation, who says it’s also about building confidence.
