Road was closed for around three hours
Woodbourne Road in Douglas has reopened following a fire at Africa House.
It was closed for around three hours between the junctions with Albany Road and York Road.
People were asked to avoid the area whilst emergency services dealt with the blaze.
Members of the public nearby were advised to stay indoors.
