Report calls for 'urgent improvement' at Manannan Court
The health minister says work to improve care plans at the Island's acute in-patient mental health facility is getting underway today.
The findings of a review into Manannan Court were published this afternoon, describing the current plans as "poor".
Dr Tommy Dickinson, who authored the report, found the present set-up isn't evidence based, and patients don't take part in developing their own care plans.
