Tynwald agrees to recommendations in Lancaster Report
The Health Minister says errors over work capability assessments must 'never happen again', but believes government should be open to continuing with the policy.
Tynwald this week agreed on a series of recommendations put forward in the Lancaster Report, an investigation into how private contractors failed long-term sickness benefit claimants.
Staff at the firm carrying out the tests were found to be underqualified.
