Good support despite Covid effects on fundraising, charity says
Work for a new hyperbaric treatment facility on Island is pressing on despite the challenges of 2021.
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Isle of Man (HBOT IOM) says it continues to get good support despite the effect Coronavirus has had in stages for general fundraising.
Hyperbaric chambers are used to help those with certain medical conditions such as problem wounds, carbon monoxide poisoning and helping divers suffering from 'the bends'.
The charity's manager, John Houghton, was asked how long it will be until the new chamber they've secured is up and running:
