No date set for completion
Work has restarted on the flumes and leisure pool at the National Sports Centre.
The project had been postponed earlier this year.
Education, Sport & Culture Minister, Dr Alex Allinson, says specialist contractors are now on the Isle of Man to carry out the work.
Government says this may result in some temporary pool closures which, it says, will be announced in advance.
No predicted date of completion has yet been given - Dr Allinson says they aim to finish the work 'as soon as possible'.
