Payments not available at Post Offices, but BACS unaffected
Those expecting to pick up pension payments for next week today will not be able to do so.
Due to an unknown issue, Pensions and Income Support payments are currently not available at Post Offices, however BACS payments are unaffected.
It's affecting payments due on 25 December, which were meant to available a week early due to the clash with Christmas.
Treasury is investigating and working to fix the problem.
Those in urgent need of support are being asked to contact the pensions team directly on 685176 or 687020.
