Specialist company to start surveying work next month
Work to assess the condition of the Island's roads will get underway next week.
A specialist company has been appointed by the Department of Infrastructure to carry out condition surveys across the Island's highway network.
The department says XAIS-PTS's work will help it plan future maintenance.
The company's survey vehicles will be operating within normal traffic conditions and move with traffic, causing little to no disruption to other road users.
The surveying work will begin on Monday (2 November) and is expected to take around a month to complete.
