Chief minister discusses 'inhibitor' to trade at BIC Summit
The chief minister says there's work to be done to improve transport links to Ireland.
Alfred Cannan is attending the British Irish Council's 40th summit today, taking place in Dublin.
There was disruption last night due to rioting in the city, but proceedings are expected to go ahead as normal today.
