Area to be resurfaced over three weeks
Major work is to begin a week today on a main road into the capital.
The Department of Infrastructure is to resurface Braddan Bridge on the A1 Peel to Douglas Road from the junction with Braddan Road to the junction with Saddle Road, Douglas.
The work will be done in phases from next Wednesday, 10 January until Wednesday 31 January.
It's hoped the approach taken will see the impact on hospital service users, commuters, school buses and business 'mitigated as much as possible'.
