
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson says he is looking for strong leadership from the chief minister to steer the Island through the financial troubles it faces from April next year.
He wants Tony Brown to set up three working groups to look at the structure of the Manx Government, and its income and expenditure.
Mr Watterson says they should include members of the business community and other key individuals, as well as politicians.
