Renowned professor visits Island
Keeping your brain active to age youthfully and promote wellness is an activity for all ages.
That's from internationally renowned Professor Rob Donovan, who's been visiting the Isle of Man this week.
Professor Donovan has given his support to S.M.A.S.H.I.N.G. Bingo, a game developed by Douglas resident Gilly Street that aims to inspire living younger for longer.
While he spoke at an Age Concern event while on the Island, the professor says those of all ages can benefit:
