Life coach talk about behaviour and conflict management
There's a workshop this weekend offering support for those with teenage children on the Isle of Man.
It's being run by life coach Zoe Chestnut-Cubbon who specialises in working with parents and families.
It will cover issues around communication, understanding typical teen behaviour and how to manage conflict.
Mum of three Zoe says parenting teens can be a lonely experience:
The workshop is this Saturday [September 19] at the Onchan Hub from 10am to 12pm - to book contact Zoe here.
