Former health minister discusses vote of no confidence in chief minister
The former health minister says this is not the time to have a completely new Council of Ministers.
Lawrie Hooper, whose resignation is seen by many as prompting today's motion of no confidence in Alfred Cannan, was speaking at a public meeting held by Liberal Vannin.
The party's leader stood down earlier this month, voicing concern over the chief minister's approach to healthcare funding.
