Former health minister discusses vote of no confidence in chief minister
The former health minister says this is not the time to have a completely new Council of Ministers.
Lawrie Hooper, whose resignation is seen by many as prompting today's motion of no confidence in Alfred Cannan, was speaking at a public meeting held by Liberal Vannin.
The party's leader stood down earlier this month, voicing concern over the chief minister's approach to healthcare funding.
He was asked his view on today's vote:

'Essential' that school staff recognise the signs of an allergic reaction
'High' risk of wildfires over the next week
'Come From Away' to continue after cast member injured during rehearsal
'Parks in worse state then when I started' says Peel commissioner
