Ronaldsway Met Office has upgraded the warning, predicting heavy rain across the Island
A yellow weather warning for heavy rain comes into force across the Island from 3pm.
The alert runs for 12 hours until 3am tomorrow. (15 December)
Persistent and sometimes heavy rain is expected later today and into tonight, with up to 40mm on higher ground.
Forecasters say there's a risk of surface water flooding, particularly in areas where the ground is already saturated.
Ronaldsway Met Office re-issued the warning, replacing the previous 'rain' warning.
