In place from 9.30am on Tuesday
A yellow weather warning for coastal overtopping has been put in place for tomorrow (Tuesday 31 December).
Gale force south-westerly winds and high spring tides are expected to create large waves leading to significant overtopping.
The areas most at risk are said to be Shore Road in Gansey, Castletown Prom and the northern end of Douglas prom.
It'll be in place between 9.30am and 1.30pm.
