Road surfaces on higher ground close to freezing
There is a yellow weather warning for ice and wintry showers in place across the Island today.
Temperatures at lower levels are set to gradually recover this morning, but higher ground road surfaces are likely to remain close to freezing throughout the day with a continuing risk of ice.
The warning is in place until 3pm.
