Crossroads Care organising two-day festival
The growing number of young carers on the Isle of Man need time to be children.
That's according to the CEO of Crossroads Care Isle of Man ahead of a two-day festival for young carers.
The event, which takes place next month, aims to give children who look after a relative a break, as well as a chance to spend time with other young carers.
Jackie Betteridge says the role of the young carer has evolved over the years:
The festival is being financed by Old Mutual International as part of a three-year partnership with Crossroads.
