Both aiming to complete 26.2-mile distance
A young fundraiser aiming to complete a marathon is two-thirds of the way through his challenge.
Eight-year-old Dylan Walton reached 17.4 miles at the NSC this morning before handing over to local athlete Christian Varley, who is taking part in the remote London Marathon today.
Dylan has raised almost £28,000 for Hospice Isle of Man, and will be aiming to complete his marathon over the next few days.
Christian, who is now heading towards Peel on his own marathon, says the youngster is inspiring:
