One family looking to sponsor their son
A family on the Island says it is going to have to dip into its savings to get their son an apprenticeship.
It comes as complaints grow about the difficulty in getting young people placed with companies here.
Tonia Mutch says they have tried numerous times to get firms to take on their son.
But she told Manx Radio the level of government support now given means they are reluctant:
