Island fielding seven-strong aquatics team in Birmingham
Preparations for the Isle of Man aquatics team heading to the 2022 Commonwealth Games are 'going great'.
That's according to the aquatics team coach, Lee Holland, who says the 'tight-knit' group are very grounded ahead of the event in Birmingham which open on Thursday, 28 July.
Seven Manx competitors will form the squad - Peter Allen, Alex Bregazzi, Emma Hodgson, Laura Kinley, Kiera Prentice, Harry Robinson and Joel Watterson.
Mr Holland says he couldn't have asked for a better training period in the lead up to the games:
Hockey: Mixed results for IoM at county championships
TT 2026: Manx duo to lead Flitwick Motorcycles Sportbike charge
Rugby: Douglas beat Wilmslow to claim Cheshire Vase
Football: Eight progress to Cowell Cup quarter-finals
Davey Todd ruled out of TT 2026
