Three sign-on sessions over next few days
Registration for this year's Parish Walk will open later today (21 June).
Three signing-on sessions will take place outside the grandstand at the NSC with over 1,250 people already registering to be involved in all or part of the 85-mile challenge.
The first registration takes place tonight between from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, again on Thursday (22 June) from 5.30pm to 7pm and then finally at 7am on the day of the walk on Saturday (24 June).
Race Director, Ray Cox, is advising that the first two sessions in particular are expected to be busy:
