Keith Amor is hopeful a ruptured shoulder ligament won't put him out for longer than tonight's penultimate TT practice session.
The Honda Legends rider was injured when he came off his Superstock machine at Quarter Bridge towards the end of last night's session.
Amor isn't exactly sure what happened, but thinks something may have been on the road, causing the bike to slide out from underneath him.
He hopes a rest day will see him recover sufficiently to be able to take part in tomorrow's final practice and Saturday lunchtime's Superbike race:
Hockey: Mixed results for IoM at county championships
TT 2026: Manx duo to lead Flitwick Motorcycles Sportbike charge
Rugby: Douglas beat Wilmslow to claim Cheshire Vase
Football: Eight progress to Cowell Cup quarter-finals
Davey Todd ruled out of TT 2026
