A record 1,620 people have entered this summer's Clerical Medical Parish Walk.
Jock Waddington and Sue Biggart will defend their titles, but Sean Hands - the quickest man around the 85 mile route -will not be taking part.
Five-time winner Robbie Callister will make another attempt to equal John Cannell's record for most wins.
The event has many people out for fun, the challenge and to raise money for charity.
The start is at 8am at the National Sports Centre on Saturday 20th June.
Competitiors have 24 hours to visit all 17 parish churches around the Isle of Man and make it back to the finish on Douglas Promenade.
