Harriet Pryke’s fine 2012 continued on Saturday as she set another Manx record at the UK Indoor Championships in Sheffield.
The 400 metre runner finished third in her heat with a new personal best and new Manx indoor record (her third in a row!) of 54.89 seconds – finishing ahead of World Championships bronze medallist Nicola Sanders in the process.
That secured a semi-final spot and, although Harriet’s sixth spot wasn’t enough to clinch a place in the final, she still recorded a time of 55.43 seconds.
