Manx competitor claims top spot in Bury St Edmunds
Manx archer Lesley Sleight produced a brilliant display once again at the weekend (3-4 September) to retain a national accolade for the second year running.
Lesley recently competed at the English Field Archery Association National Championships which were held in Bury St Edmunds.
She went on to claim first place in the Adult Ladies Traditional Recurve Class to retain the championship title she currently held.
It follows on from her appearance at the Scottish Field Archery Championships last weekend (27-28 August).
There she shot a season best in the Adult Traditional Recurve Class for the field round, 40 points up on the Scottish record.
