Manx archer finds post-pandemic stride
Legendary Manx archer Lesley Sleight has added a new English record to her ever-growing list of accolades.
She made the record-breaking performance in the Marked Forester round at the England Field Association Spring Championships.
Not only that, she also set a course record in the Hunter Round.
However, it hasn't been an easy point to get to.
After 20 months out because of the pandemic, Lesley said she found the transition back into competitive archery harder than she was expecting.
