
Seven athletes have been chosen for a programme to help them gain selection for the Isle of Man to compete at the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
Shooters Rachel Glover, Jake Keeling, Neil Parsons and Lara Ward, swimmers Charlotte Atkinson and Laura Kinley....and cyclist Darren Bell will benefit from the scheme which is run by the Isle of Man Sport Institute.
The competitors will now receive expert advise and support including physiotherapy, nutrition advice, psychology and training in strength and conditioning.
The door is still open for others to be selected for the Commonwealth Games Support Programme.
