New personal best for Isle of Man star
Manx athlete Christa Cain has set a new Isle of Man women's marathon record in the USA.
Competing in the Chicago Marathon at the weekend, Christa crossed the line in an impressive two hours, 35 minutes and 31 seconds.
That beats her time set in London earlier this year by one minute and 54 seconds.
As well as beating her own personal record, Christa was also the first British runner to cross the line at the event.
Overall, she finished the race 19th in the women's category out of 24,600 female finishers.
