Runner victorious days after Isle of Man Sports Awards
Isle of Man long distance athlete Christa Cain has been crowned the ladies winner of the Brighton Half-Marathon.
The event took place yesterday (2 March).
Cain accomplished the feat in an impressive time of 76 minutes and 19 seconds.
The Manx star was awarded the Veteran Sports Person of the Year accolade at the Isle of Man Sports Awards last month.
Over 10,000 people took part in the event in Brighton which also saw comedian Joe Wilkinson and ex-footballer Steve Sidwell in attendance.
