Manx-born runner put in stellar display at Manchester Marathon
Manx-born runner, Max Costley, has now moved to third in the all time Isle of Man marathon rankings.
It comes after he put in a stellar display at last weekend's Manchester Marathon with a time of two hours, 26 minutes and one second.
As a result, only Ollie Lockley (2:19:40) and Dave Cowell (2:23:34) now hold a higher standing in the list than Max.
Costley - who's lived most of his life in England and is a member of Southampton AC - has represented the Island in the last two Island Games.
During those, he took silver and bronze medals in the steeplechase.
