Manx runner one of seven-strong team to travel to India
Manx athlete Sarah Webster has been selected to represent Great Britain at this year's 50km World Championships.
The Northern AC long-distance runner is one of three female competitors - and seven overall - to fly the flag for GB and Northern Ireland at the event in Hyderabad, India on 5 November.
Webster's selection comes after she won the 100km Anglo Celtic Plate event in Northern Ireland in April, breaking the British Record for the competition in the process.
She then met the qualifying standard for the upcoming championships on 20 May when she took victory in the 50km Romanian Championships.
