Goals from James Teare, Jason Craine and Steven Parish fired them to a 3-0 win at Onchan in their penultimate game.
They now need to beat Colby in their final match to pip Douglas Royal for the league crown.
Elsewhere, goals from Steven Oates (two), Matty Boyd and Matty Christian saw Ramsey Youth Centre win 4-0 at the Police.
