Champions Bacchas "A" are top of the Rossborough Men's Hockey Premier League after a crushing 8-1 victory over Valkyrs "A" at the National Sports Centre last night.

Andy Whiting led the way on the scoring front with half the goals, Jonny Callow was on target twice with Anthony Bentley-Roberts and Will Hassell also finding the next.

Bacchas are level on points with Vikings but have a superior goal difference.

Both sides are 3 points ahead of Valkyrs who remain in third place.
