Backstedt and Pickering overall winners of IOM Youth Tour

Hat-trick of wins for Zoe

Zoe Backstedt of Storey Racing and Finlay Pickering from team Vive le Velo were the overall winners of the Isle of Man Youth Tour.

The event took place on the Island over the weekend, and is a qualifier for British Cycling's National Youth Circuit Series and 2019 National Junior Road Series.

Backstedt made it a hat-trick of wins by taking the third and final stage to add to victories in the prologue and stage two in the British Cycling Youth Circuit Series.

There were also victories for Awen Roberts and Jed Smith in the Youth B categories.
