The draw for the penultimate round in the Hospital Cup was made live on Manx Radio on bank holiday Monday, by Malcolm Blackburn and David Brown, representing the tournament sponsors BCS Vinyl.
The first semi final to be played on Sunday 13 May:

The second tie to be played on Tuesday 15 May:
Peel v St John's
Kick-off 6.30pm.
