There were medals galore for cyclists Jonny Bellis and Peter Kennaugh at the European Track Championships in Germany.
Jonny Bellis won the under 23 men’s scratch race when he got in a break which lapped the field.
And wearing his rainbow stripes, current World Champion, Peter Kennaugh claimed a silver medal in the Junior Scratch race. He went into the race as favourite and had to work hard for his second place.
The Manx riders then teamed up with two others to claim the under 23 men's Team pursuit, destroying the field to be crowned European champions.
It means Kennaugh is probably the first rider to win both the Junior and under 23 Team Pursuit at the championships.
Bellis was also in the under 23 points race where he finished 11th and Kennaugh, teamed with Adam Blythe, was out of contention early in the Junior Madison when both riders had to make bike changes.
