Manx cyclist Jonathan Bellis is currently ranked the joint best scratch track rider in the world by the UCI.
The Great Britain rider has been in superb form this season and he and Chilean Luis Mancilla have amassed 170 points each.
19 year old Bellis is also joint ninth with fellow Manx rider Peter Kennaugh in the Team Pursuit rankings.
The recent Revolution 17 event is being televised this week on Sky channel 203 - Channel M.
