Manx cycling star Jonny Bellis is relishing the prospect of his first full year with the C.S.C. pro team.
He's back home for a few days in-between training camps in Spain and California.
Jonny says being able to train at home before Christmas with the likes of Mark Cavendish and Peter Kennaugh, has put him in good shape for the challenges ahead:-
