Marty at the double

It was a busy Boxing Day at the Ayre Clay Target Club which held two shoots at Blue Point.

Marty Kneen was the winner of the Top Spec Fencing and JW Kneen and Son sponsored third round of the Down The Line winter league.

Mark Riley was second with Nigel Moffatt taking third place.

Kneen went on to win the all round competition from Moffatt with Kevin Oates in third spot.

A Class: 1, Martin Kneen 48/142; 2, Mark Riley 45/130; 3, Nigel Moffatt 46/127.

B Class: 1, Ted Kermeen 41/120; 2, Ben Richards 42/119; 3, Lynn MacLeod 37/106.

This New Year’s Day is the annual Penketh-Millar sponsored English Skeet Handicap Trophy.
