Cyclist Mark Cavendish is among the top name riders expected to compete in this weekend's British Road Race Championships.
Organisers in the Yorkshire town of Beverley, will be hoping flooding problems experienced in recent days will have eased in time for the women's and men's races.
Mark will ride on Sunday, a week before he is due to hear whether he will become the first Manxman to ride in the Tour de France.
