It's his second medal of the evening (10 July)
Joel Watterson has secured a bronze medal during the final swimming event of day two of the 2023 Island Games in Guernsey this evening (10 July).
Watterson took bronze in a time of 26.34 seconds in the Men's 50m Backstroke final.
It's Watterson's second medal of the night after he also took gold in the men's 4x50m relay alongside teammates Peter Allen, Ben Kebbell and Alex Turnbull.
The backstroke event tonight had been delayed from earlier after a false start meant it was pushed back to the end of the schedule.
