The odds against Manx cycling superstar Mark Cavendish winning the BBC Sports Personality of the Year award have been slashed again by bookmakers.
Ladbrokes say he is now the 4/11 on favourite to take the coveted prize, with his closest rival, golfer Darren Clarke, drifting out to 5/1.
The winner of the annual award will be announced at the end of a live show on Thursday evening.
The outcome is decided by a public telephone vote and number to dial to support the 'Manx Missile' will be given out at the start of the programme.
