An announcement in the next few days is expected to reveal Mark Cavendish's new trade team.
With HTC Highroad breaking up at the end of the current campaign, Team Sky is being strongly tipped to sign up the 'Manx Missile' for 2012.
The demand for the Manxman further increased when Cavendish claimed victory in the London 2012 road race test event on Sunday.
