
Mark Cavendish dropped off the back of the peloton on the penultimate climb of today's 186km 5th stage of the Tour de France.
However, he should be back on the start line for tomorrow's 199.5km Semur-en-Auxois to Bourg-en-Bresse stage, which is much flatter.
Saturday sees the Tour head into the Alps.
