Manx club fielded women's team for first time this month
Cycling Club Isle of Man believes it's 'ticked the box' this year of providing more opportunities for Manx cyclists to compete at senior level.
This campaign has seen the Island club field male riders in prestigious races in Ireland and the UK and enter a women's team for the first time earlier this month.
Team manager, Conor Davies, feels having a women's setup now particularly is important to keep upcoming talent based locally for longer.
Since launching in 2020, the club's ethos remains to help promising athletes reach the top level - something Mr Davies says isn't always an easy task:
Cricket: Isle of Man's opponents confirmed for 2028 T20 world cup qualifiers
Snooker: Blinders and PSM Legion both win to go joint-top
MGP Supporters club considering winding down operations
Hockey: Isle of Man Men's B progress in EH Championships
