Popular win seals British Time Trial title
Team Dimension Data rider Steve Cummings is British Cycling National Time Trial Champion.
He narrowly edged out defending champion Alex Dowsett in a thrilling race at St. John's.
The 36 year-old fractured his collarbone, sternum and scapula in a crash in April and was a late entry for the Isle of Man event.
Cummings was delighted but overcome after his first race back after recovering from his injuries:-
